Biohi, i'm lauren...
i'm 14. i don't want to be any older right now, if only time would just stop.
my life is like one big weird mess of good things and bad things. you could
pick through the wreckage and find warm memories yet still be able to survey
the incalculable damage that's been done. but i know the Big Guy in the Sky
will help me.
right now, i'm kind of in the middle of everything. i'm pretty smart, and i'm
homeschooled, my friend claims i know "big words" but i can't for the life of
me get algebra and biology right. i want to be a writer, i absolutely love
writing and exploring my imagination. it helps me escape from reality. i write
lyrics, poems, stories, books, or mindless drivvle that seems to go on and on
forever with no meaning. i also love graphic design, i can't seem to live without
photoshop. it's amazing, though i want to kick it out into outerspace sometimes
and watch it blow up.
i love music in all shape or form. i try to enjoy whatever's out there currently,
though sometimes i hate most of it. i prefer things that are more unknown to the
universe and not really in your top 100 on itunes. my favorite kinds of music are
the ones without words, and ones that inspire me to keep moving forward. i love
singing, but i can't stand the sound of my own voice, either.
my dreams are creepy beyond belief, i'm a sucker for romance crap, especially
writing it, sometimes I'm a depressed maniac or just an insane hyper bottle of
energy. sometimes i wished i lived in another world, or was born at least a few
decades earlier.
i also love tv shows, movies, though my eyes are too glued to the computer most
of the time. my favorite movies have to be the chronicles of narnia, lion king
[cmon who doesn't love lion king] and..well i dunno. i never really thought
about all the others. but i also love some earlier stuff like princess diaries,
holes [i know dramatic change right], etc. my favorite tv shows right now have
to be home improvement, american idol, and icarly.
i get obsessed with things fairly easily. most people know that. sometimes it's
usually the same things over again. narnia, i was obsessed with that when it
first came out for months and months. and then i got more obsessed when it came
on tv. then i got so sick of it that i refused to watch it. months and months
later, in august 2007, i was obsessed again until like april. that's 8 months.
i still loved it but i was so over it until december when prince caspian came
out on dvd...and behold the obsession began again...i'm sorry about that, btw.
